At Your Session

Each session begins with talking therapy, identifying what is going well and what you want to achieve. We will work together to help you make progress towards your goals.

This is followed by a guided relaxation known as hypnosis. It is a key part of the therapeutic process as it will ease anxiety and embed lasting change. The hypnosis will be personalised for you, building on what we have discussed during the session. ​​
