I have over 20 years therapeutic experience and have specialised in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy since training in 2013. I have worked with people of all ages and with many different challenges, running a busy clinic as well as working onIine. I use this extensive experience to tailor every session to my clients individual needs.

I am a fully qualified therapist and I trained at The Clifton Practice which is a recognised Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. I also have further training which includes:

I am fully insured and a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH) which ensures that I meet the highest professional standards. I ensure client confidentiality and data protection and I also regularly attend supervision.​
My Background
Before becoming a hypnotherapist I worked in education and psychology research and later as a holistic therapist specialising in women's health. In 2013 I became a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, combining my psychology background and therapeutic skills. At the heart of my work is my commitment for helping people with their mental and physical health, and a gentle, holistic approach.​

When I'm not working you can find me outdoors in my garden or volunteering in the beautiful gardens at Avebury Manor. I also enjoy walking in the Wiltshire countryside with my family and my dog, a very friendly cockapoo.
Hypnotherapy in Swindon and Online

Swindon
Calm Hypnotherapy is based in a professional therapy centre in Old Town, Swindon. It is a comfortable and welcoming space with public transport and plenty of parking nearby. My practice is upstairs, but please let me know if you would prefer a room on the ground floor as this can be arranged.

Online
Online hypnotherapy is just as effective and very convenient. The sessions are held via Zoom and all you need is a good internet connection and somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted. You can have all your sessions online or use this option when you can't come in to the clinic.

Walking Therapy
Discover the benefits of solution focused therapy in natural surroundings. Being outdoors is calming and nurturing and its good for both our physical and mental wellbeing. Walking routes include local parks and countryside within the local area.
