​This is where we will discuss your reasons for coming and how you would like help. I'll answer any questions you have and explain how hypnotherapy works. I will gather some information and begin to tailor an individual treatment plan to support you.

You will also receive a hypnotherapy MP3 to listen to at home.​

I offer a 10% discount on individual sessions for NHS, teachers and students.​
Payments and Cancellation Policy
Payment can be made at your appointment by all major credit or debit cards, contactless payment or cash. Or in advance by bank transfer.

Please be aware that 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel a session, otherwise the full cost of the session will be charged.
